After graduating from Muroran Higashi High School, Yosuke studied to become a trainer and an acupuncturist at Hokkaido Sports College and Tokyo College of Medical Sports.
Following experience as a trainer for professional tennis players and the JEF United Chiba Ladies, he worked as a trainer for Fagiano Okayama for seven years from 2010.
Yosuke moved to Montedio Yamagata in 2017.
Initially worked as a trainer, he transitioned to a role of Performance Coordinator in 2021 to leverage his broad knowledge in player conditioning and training programme development.
He was entrusted with this new position as an integrated role bridging the manager, coaches, medical staff and physical trainers, extending beyond the traditional trainer's role.
Since 2025 season Yosuke has been working as the same position at Consadole Sapporo, where he will be tasked with contributing to the team's victories through the design and implementation of season-long conditioning programmes.
