He had played for Nagoya Grampus since he was 5 years old. Captained U-18 team and promoted to the professional team in 2014.
Yuto played as a right back and a centeral midfielder several times in 2016 season and broaden his playing range.
Moved to Gamba Osaka in 2017 and captained the U-23 team which played in J3 league.
After played 2 seasons in Gamba Osaka, he moved permanently to J2 side Mito Hollyhock in 2019.
In 2023 Yuto moved to Kamatamare Sanuki on a permanent deal.
